Eurofins Digital Testing is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic management assistant to support the team in Diepenbeek. The position will be a replacement during pregnancy leave. You will be responsible for following tasks:

Responsibilities:

  • Reception & visitors
  • Office administration
  • Postal deliveries
  • Support the management team in managing agendas, setting up and preparing meetings
  • Office supplies
  • Travel organization and booking
  • Financial administration
  • Administrative support for HR department

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Office Management
  • A multi-tasker that works with accuracy
  • Organized, proactive and you have a good management of priorities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Extensive communication and social skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office tools
  • Accurate and efficient worker
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch, English and French (speak/read/write)
  • Eloquent, discrete & service minded, able to handle high level contacts
  • Stress resistant and flexible

Location: Diepenbeek
Contract Type: Replacement contract or interim contract
Start date: October 2017
